Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of sound libraries are final once the download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital audio products after download, as we cannot verify that the files have been deleted from your system.
No Returns or Refunds
- All digital sound library purchases are non-refundable
- Downloads are considered final sales upon access
- We cannot offer exchanges for downloaded products
Right of Withdrawal
- You can request withdrawal within 14 days and before the digital product has been downloaded by contacting shop@aha-sound.com
- By downloading digital products from our store, the right of withdrawal is automatically expired.
